Calibre - Print Auditor is complete software developed to manage and Prepare statistics of print jobs in an organization,  it is extremely simple to use.  It has versatile reporting system.

It has the capability to collect and maintain every information for print jobs  like,

  • System name on which the job was created.
  • User who fired the Print job .
  • Date and Time of Printing .
  • Number of pages in job.
  • Printing Parameters like Color, Resolution Paper type etc...

Calibre - Print Auditor provides various Reports on the printed jobs.
Reports can be generated using various criteria like

  • System
  • User
  • Printer
  • Number of Pages Printed
  • Color

Calibre - Print Auditor has capablity to export the reports to various formats like,

  • Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
  • HTML
  • Text file 
  • MS Word Document/RTF

Calibre - Print Auditor Can also send reports via email as report files or as zipped file.

Notes to upgradation on existing installation:

  • Uninstall old Print auditor 1.01
  • Please remove your old data files from Print Auditor installation directory before installing (or copy to different location)
  • Please note that, due to different data format, new database is not compatible with older data files. So, your old data is not accessible through new version.
